- Adherence to the Guide: You must have diligently followed every step outlined in our guide to groom yourself effectively.
- Unsuccessful Results: If, after faithfully following the guide for a minimum of 30 days, you do not achieve the desired grooming results, you may qualify for a refund.
- Proof of Effort: To request a refund, you must provide detailed documentation of the steps you followed, along with any relevant photos or other evidence showing your efforts.
- Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Refund Process

Our team will review your submission to determine eligibility. This review may require further clarification or additional information from you.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Refunds will not be issued if the guide was not properly followed or if insufficient evidence of effort is provided.
- Sale items and digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are not eligible for refunds.
